Water-based water-repellent consolidating impregnator, to be applied during the grinding process of concrete surfaces. CONCRETE HARDENER is a very high-quality water-based impregnating and consolidating treatment specifically developed to facilitate and speed up the mechanical grinding and polishing process of concrete floors which are more difficult to grind due to their porosity and high water absorption degree. CONCRETE HARDENER is characterized by a water-based formula and the absence of volatile organic compounds (V.O.C. Free). Used within the mechanical grinding and polishing process, it provides the following benefits: It consolidates the material, providing greater mechanical resistance against abrasion and scratches. It drastically limits the absorption of water by the surface, avoiding all the problems linked to an excessive presence of humidity inside the concrete. It significantly reduces the wear and tear of the grinding tools used as well as the quantity of water necessary to complete the work. It gives the material protection against rising humidity. It provides water-repellent features. It reduces the ability of the surface to store dirt. It increases the stain-resistant properties of the product applied afterward.
