Protective stain-resistant sealer for the treatment of mechanically processed porcelain tiles and slabs with a matt finish and small porosity in the production line. HIDRO 550 is a clear water-based stain-resistant treatment specifically designed for the production line treatment of mechanically processed ceramic materials. HIDRO 550 gives the treated materials excellent stain-resistant performance, also increasing the chemical resistance and dirt protection of the surface. The application of the product removes any light aesthetic imperfections caused by mechanical processing. The product tenaciously catalyzes inside the surface pores of the material opened during the mechanical processing of the surface, giving the surface excellent water and oil-repellent features. The treatment with HIDRO 550 protects the surface from stains, making the removal of grouting agents and dirt simpler and more effective. HIDRO 550 is a product capable of providing extremely long-lasting protection over time, resistant to UV rays, to freeze and thaw cycles, and it doesn’t yellow to both acid and alkaline washing thanks to the particular formulation based on inorganic elements characterized by a constant and high stability over time. The special formula makes it extremely easy to apply in industrial plants and is not dangerous for the health of operators and for the environment both during and after its application
