Water-repellent and anti-rising treatment for natural stones, water-based and “LEADER” certified by SGBC. PROTEX WB is a high-performing impregnating treatment that allows you to protect natural stones from stains and the harmful effects of water and rising humidity. It is characterized by a 100% water-based formulation and the absence of volatile organic compounds (V.O.C. Free), therefore its use is not dangerous either for the environment or for people's health, both during and after its application. PROTEX WB penetrates deeply into natural stones, ensuring tenacious and long-lasting protection, without compromising the original breathability, and without altering the original appearance of the material. PROTEX WB is a product that combines in a single solution the water-repellent properties together with stain-resistant protection, especially on polished surfaces. It provides good resistance to rising humidity, responsible for most of the problems generally found on natural stones: water stains, rust formation, yellowing, exfoliation or superficial detachment of the material (pitting), saline efflorescence, and superficial aggression. The peculiarity of PROTEX WB is the combination of high water-repellent performance and ease of application. The product is also certified safe for use on surfaces in contact with food and therefore represents a valid solution for the protection of kitchen worktops
