ULTRON 150 is a water-based sealer specifically designed for the production line treatment of mechanically polished ceramic materials using SUPERSHINE / LUXURY machines. It is a widely versatile product, suitable for many types of surfaces, both with small and medium/large porosity. The application of the product gives a significant increase in the shine of the processed material, eliminating aesthetic unevenness caused by mechanical processing. It provides the surface with excellent performance in terms of resistance to dirt, resistance to stains, and resistance to chemical aggression, and a glass-like polished finish. The product tenaciously catalyzes inside the surface porosities and texture of the material opened during mechanical processing, sealing the surface of the material and increasing its resistance to wear. ULTRON 150 protects the surface from grouting agents, stains, pedestrian traffic, and acidic agents commonly used in domestic environments. ULTRON 150 is a product capable of providing extremely long-lasting protection over time, resistant to UV rays, to freeze and thaw cycles, it doesn’t yellow to both acid and alkaline washing thanks to the particular formulation based on inorganic elements characterized by a constant and high stability over time. The particular formulation of the product makes it extremely easy to apply in industrial plants and is not dangerous for the health of operators and the environment
